At Ravenna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@suportravenna.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@suportravenna.store with photos of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
